Transcript Requests

Graduates who need a copy of their transcript may email Mrs. Smith at casmith@maconroadbaptist.org or send a written request to the office:

Please include the following information in your email or letter:

• Your full name and date you graduated
• Address where the transcript should be mailed
• Request either an official or unofficial transcript
• Include an e-mail address, street address, or phone number where you may be reached in the event we have questions.
